Our Shipping Policy is simple and transparent. We aim to build trust and loyalty by offering straightforward shipping information, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also not be personalized or custom made. If the product has been personalized or custom made, we cannot allow a return. Custom made items are not eligible for return.

We ask that our customers carefully review the details of their orders before purchase. However, once an order is in production we cannot guarantee changes and/or refunds for that order.

Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped and we want you to be satisfied with your order. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

Upon receipt, please review your order and notify us of any quality issues. If notified within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will issue a prompt exchange for the same item, or a full refund. Understandably, personalized and custom items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

NOTE:  Huckleberry Hollow Leather reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion.
